Private & Event Readiness
Discreet emergency preparedness and operational planning for productions, events, executive teams and travel programs. Engagements provide nonclinical plans and coordination—not medical standby, a set medic, concierge treatment or patient-care staffing.
Prepare the team around the assignment.
Emergency Action Plan
Site-specific communication, emergency activation, access points, rendezvous locations and responsibility maps. The client retains operational decisions and required clinical staffing.
Site & Itinerary Readiness
Walk-through observations, emergency access mapping, public facility information, communication contingencies and nonmedical travel logistics. No health clearance or fitness-to-travel decisions.
Tabletop & Team Exercises
Facilitated simulated incidents, role rehearsals, communication drills and structured debriefs. Exercises use fictional scenarios and do not involve treatment of real patients.
Confidential Operational Coordination
Need-to-know handling of schedules, venue information and contact trees under agreed confidentiality terms. Do not send patient records or sensitive security details through public intake.
Field experience. Clearly defined authority.
Current services are education, emergency readiness and nonclinical operational systems. They do not include independent patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication administration, clinical monitoring, medical clearance, medical transport or paramedic medical coverage. Required clinical staffing must be arranged separately with an appropriately authorized provider. First-aid education and readiness remain available; ordinary hands-on first-aid requests have a separate scope review. For an emergency, call 911. Training does not expand professional scope of practice. Certification cards or continuing-education credit are included only when the applicable awarding authority and instructor authorization are expressly identified in the written engagement.
Brief. Plan. Rehearse. Improve.
The written scope names the environment, deliverables, client responsibilities, exclusions, fees, travel, confidentiality and acceptance criteria. If a request requires clinical care, it is outside these offers and must be arranged through an appropriately authorized provider. No affiliation or provider arrangement is implied.
