Dailey Production Safety & Response is not an ambulance service, EMS agency, medical clinic, medical director, legal-compliance firm, medical transport provider, or substitute for required event medical coverage. For emergencies, call 911. EMS Compact privilege may support eligible interstate EMS practice in member states, but it does not create independent practice, self-medical-direction, ambulance authority, or authority to bypass local rules.

What the paramedic license can inform
Risk recognition, anatomy and physiology explanation, first-aid readiness, emergency-action planning, education, escalation, EMS handoff, documentation, training design, and operations consulting.
What it cannot independently authorize
Diagnosis, treatment plans, medication administration, IV/IO therapy, oxygen therapy, ECG/cardiac monitoring, patient transport, medical clearance, EMS agency claims, or medical direction.
The three-question test
Is it first aid, coordination, education, documentation, or consulting? Would it normally require medical direction or agency authority? Can 911, referral, handoff, or documentation solve it instead?
Operating lock: if an action normally needs medical direction, agency protocols, transport licensure, clinical delegation, or a physician/agency governance structure, Dailey Production Safety & Response does not perform it unless that lawful structure is separately documented.

Dailey Production Safety & Response can consult for EMS agencies, event medical providers, standby teams, transport services, training programs, and response organizations by building operational infrastructure around the clinical system—not replacing the clinical authority.
