Refunds, credits, deposits, and reserved work.
This policy explains how Self Entourage handles refund requests for digital products, consulting, classes, memberships, deposits, Handle This, and custom implementation work.
Most purchases are final once access, time, or custom work begins.
Self Entourage products often include immediate digital access, reserved calendar time, deposits, custom thinking, or intellectual property. Because those cannot be returned like a physical product, refunds are limited. When something goes wrong, the first step is to contact Self Entourage so the issue can be reviewed.
How refund eligibility is generally handled.
Digital products
Digital downloads, prompt assets, vault access, templates, guides, and similar products are generally final once delivered or accessed.
Consults / classes
Reserved time may be non-refundable once booked, attended, missed, or prepared for. Rescheduling may be available when requested early enough.
Deposits
Deposits reserve capacity, planning time, deployment windows, or build availability. Deposits may be non-refundable unless product-specific terms say otherwise.
Custom work
Custom systems, prompts, pages, automations, strategy, and implementation work are generally not refundable after work begins.
Memberships
Memberships may renew according to their checkout terms. Cancellation stops future billing where applicable; it does not automatically refund prior access or support.
Handle This
Handle This services are generally final once the item/context is submitted or review begins, because the work is time-sensitive and context-based.
Request review within 7 days if something is wrong.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, there was a duplicate payment, access failed, the wrong item was purchased, or another unusual issue occurred, contact Self Entourage within seven days of purchase with the order details and explanation. Refunds, credits, or corrections may be reviewed at Self Entourage’s discretion.
Include order details
Name, email used at purchase, product purchased, purchase date, and Stripe receipt if available.
Explain the issue
State whether the problem is duplicate payment, access issue, wrong product, missed booking, or another concern.
Wait for review
Self Entourage may offer a correction, credit, reschedule, alternate route, or refund depending on the situation.
Contact first before filing a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Self Entourage to resolve the issue may delay resolution and may affect future service eligibility. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in refusal of future service.
