Digital Products and Services
Due to the immediate access and intellectual property nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final. Once your payment has been processed, you receive instant access to proprietary content, systems and frameworks that cannot be returned.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. If you believe a purchase was made in error or you have a compelling reason to request a refund, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase at legal@selfentourage.com with your order details and explanation. We will review your request and may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or store credit.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve your issue is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who engage in fraudulent chargeback practices.
