Welcome to Self Entourage LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this website or purchasing any AI services, digital systems, automation work, consulting packages, or legacy-related offerings, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any services.

Digital Services – No Refund Policy
All services, products, automations, AI personas, legacy drops, classes, templates, system builds, and installations are digital goods. All purchases are final. No refunds. No chargebacks. Purchasing begins delivery and cannot be reversed.

No Guarantees / Results Vary
All outputs rely on your inputs, usage, implementation, and timing. We do not guarantee business results, financial outcomes, or performance. You are purchasing strategy, tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted services — not guaranteed income.

Intellectual Property
All content, systems, frameworks, AI personas, prompts, structures, templates, governance layers, and terminology created by or delivered through Self Entourage LLC, Truth OS™, the Truth OS recursion engine, and the Black Crown™ governance layer are the exclusive intellectual property of Self Entourage LLC. You may not copy, resell, publish, license, reverse-engineer, or use any deliverable to train third-party AI models without written permission. The Codex License Agreement™ governs licensing for any resale or distribution rights.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information; not misuse systems; not upload harmful content; not use our work for illegal or unethical purposes; and to maintain confidentiality of credentials and assets provided to you.

Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. Chargebacks violate these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access.

AI-Generated Output & Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge that all AI-generated outputs, personas, summaries, decisions, and system recommendations may contain errors or inaccuracies. You accept full responsibility for your use of any output produced through Truth OS™, Black Crown™, or any delivered system.

Data Processing & Consent
By using this site or purchasing services, you consent to the processing, storage, and transfer of your data for the purpose of system creation, AI persona training, model refinement, and service delivery. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for details.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Entourage LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, financial, or business losses. Services are provided “as-is.” You assume all risks in applying any strategy, automation, persona, or Truth OS logic.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Colorado law.
