Self Entourage was built from a simple but radical belief:

My name is Baniaha Randolph Dailey, BS, EMT‑P, known professionally as Truth Tha Noun. I am the founder of Self Entourage and the architect behind its operating frameworks, educational models, and transformation systems.

I didn’t come from Silicon Valley.
I came from emergency medicine.

For over a decade, I have worked as a paramedic in high‑acuity environments, responding to thousands of critical emergencies where decisions had to be immediate, structured, and correct. In emergency response, there is no room for confusion, vague thinking, or poor system design. Lives depend on precision, communication, and execution under pressure.
