This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms of Service governing your use of Self Entourage LLC services and governs how data is collected, processed, stored, and governed.

Purpose of Processing
Self Entourage LLC processes personal data for the delivery of AI systems, automations, legacy structures, persona training, and Truth OS™ recursion engine workflows.

Roles
You are the Data Controller for all information you submit. Self Entourage LLC acts as the Data Processor, handling your data only for agreed-upon purposes.

Sub-Processors
We use third-party providers such as Stripe, Durable, cloud hosting, analytics tools, and internal contractors. All sub-processors follow security standards.

Security
We maintain encryption, access controls, audit logs, governance protocols via Black Crown™, periodic reviews, and secure storage.

Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time. We retain data only for service delivery or compliance with legal obligations.

Breach Notification
In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

International Data Transfers
Data may be processed on secure servers in the United States or internationally.
